I bought a new bag a few weeks ago and I completely forgot to tell you about it. So, I was looking for the right black bag for a while. I wanted it to be more casual since I wanted to be able to wear it as much as possible. I decided to go for the "Kate Spade Orchard Street Arla Crossbody Bag" (what a long name :D ). It reminds me a bit of the "Gucci Soho Disco Bag", which I absolutely adore. Unfortunately I can't afford that quite yet. Maybe in the future...
The Kate Spade bag is made out of black grained leather which hopefully means that it's durable and will last me for a long time. It's also very structured and doesn't loose it's shape, if there is less in it. The branding is very simple which I like.
The bag has two compartments. There is one really slim one at the front which has a magnetic closure and it's perfect for receipts or shopping lists. The main compartment has a zip with two leather tassels attached to it. I absolutely love the inside of the bag since it has stripy fabric which makes the bag a bit more fun in my opinion.
I'm really glad, that I bought it, since I've already used it loads. It fits almost everything in that I need. I say 'almost' because I again cannot fit my purse in, which is nothing unusual when it comes to my bags since it's abnormally large. I really need to buy myself a cardholder or something similar in size.
The dust bag, that comes with the bag, is also really pretty. You may think: Why does she care about the dust bag? Well, I think dust bags are really important and I'm almost disappointed, if a more expensive bag doesn't have one. The dust bag is dark brown and has a quote in gold lettering written on it, which is such a nice idea. It says: "She tucked her coral lipstick away and floated back to the party"
I'm really happy that I bought this bag. I've already used it so much and quickly became a must-have in my wardrobe.
