What I Eat in a Day // April 2018

Hello, hello, helloo! How are you? I hope you're well.

Since quite a few of you really enjoyed my "What I Eat in a Day" posts, I thought I'd do another one. I hope you like it! :) 

Breakfast:

For breakfast I decided to have some muesli with a banana and some cherry yogurt. It was a really hot day, so I fancied a lot of fresh fruit. I also had a strawberry, blackberry and red current smoothie from "Innocent" which is my favourite brand to buy smoothies from.


Lunch:


For lunch I then had a wrap. I've been obsessed with eating wraps at the moment. I can tell you, I've been eating a lot of them in the last four weeks. Inside I had lettuce, tomatoes, orange pepper, tuna and some cheese. I also made a homemade remoulade with creme fraiche, a tiny bit of mayonnaise and some pickles. Yummy!





Dinner:


This does not only look amazing, it also tasted sooo good!! I originally wanted to make paella, but it turned out to be more of a seafood risotto. It has red peppers, cod, prawns, mussels and calamari in it. It was so delicious and I will definitely make this again.
