Disappointing Products

I test quite a few products and sometimes I just have too high expectations. Today I show you the products that disappointed me.
Little disclaimer: That doesn’t mean that these products are bad but they just didn’t work for me personally.

Make-up:

Maybelline "The blushed Nudes" Palette:

I think the first palette by Maybelline was grand. Amazing quality, gorgeous colours, just perfect… When the second palette came out I really thought that I would love it even more but that didn’t happen. The colours are lovely but the problem is that they apply really pale and all the glitter that is in them seems to disappear. I really wanted to like this palette…

L’Oréal "Sculpt" Mascara:

This was also really hyped up so I tried it and it doesn’t really do that what I want from my mascara. If you like thick clumpy lashes then this might be the right one for you but I like defined lashes. Another problem is that when I take off my make-up in the evening with my micellar water it doesn’t get this mascara off and I think this isn’t a waterproof mascara. So it makes taking off my make-up a thousand times harder.

Eos Lipbalm:

Another really popular product but again not for me… I can understand that this is really handy because of the packaging but the product doesn’t work for me. I have quite dry lips sometimes, so I need really moisturizing lip products and this isn’t one of them. When you apply it, it applies sticky and doesn’t feel really nice.

Skincare and Hair Products:

Dove "DermaSpa Summer Revival":

Since I’m really pale I wanted to try a gradual tan and I chose the Dove “DermaSpa Summer Revival” for light to medium skin. I applied it and after a few hours the lovely smell from the beginning turned in that typical tanning smell which I really don’t like. Furthermore it didn’t really have the effect I wished for.

L´Oréal "Elvital Oil Magique":

I needed something wash my hair with, that gives it shine and moisturizes it. So I picked this one but unfortunatly my hair got greasy  after using it... So I can't use it.
