Beauty Favourites || Summer 2016

Hello, hello, helloo! How are you? I hope you're well.

August is almost over now, so I decided to show you my summer favourites.
I really loved summer this year since the weather was quite nice here in Germany.
I have a lot of favourites this time, so I'll show you my beauty favourites today and then my fashion and random favourites next week. Let's jump right into it... :)

Kiko Stick Eyeshadow:

Let's start with eyes. This is the first stick eyeshadow I've ever tried and I used it non-stop. I've got it in the colour "05" which is a nice cool toned brown with a lot of light purple shimmer. The eyeshadow is really creamy and can be easily applied on the lid without using pressure. The pigmentation is also amazing, it blends like a dream and it lasts forever.

I also took a photo of the swatches in the sun, so you can see the colours better.
Left: Kiko, Right: Mac

Mac Eyeshadow:

I've also splurged on another Mac eyeshadow and it's in the colour "Club". If you are a Mac eyeshadow enthusiast, you'll have probably heard of it before. The colour is so unique. It looks grey and blue in the pan, but once you've applied it, it is a warm brown which reflects blue/green in the light. The quality is good - as always.

Kiko Mirage Lip Stylo:

Do you now the dream of finding the perfect nude lipstick? Well, I found it, and it is the Mirage Lip Stylo by Kiko in the colour "01". It has a lovely pinky nude colour and I want to wear it every day and I would, if there wasn't the problem that this is a limited edition... *sigh* I knew this dream wouldn't last long.
On another note, look at this packaging!! A rose gold dream!

BarryM Lip Liner:

I always thought that using lip liner was pointless, but I had to try it anyway, so I did. I decided to try the lip liner by BarryM. I've never used anything of this brand before but I had to buy something else on Asos to get free delivery, so this landed in my virtual basket... ;D ... and I don't regret it.
The lip liner has a matte browny nude colour and I also like using it on its own. I discovered that it does make a difference to use a lip liner. It really makes the best of ones lips. They look bigger, they get a better shape and the lipstick lasts longer and doesn't bleed. Who doesn't want that? ;)

Essie "Demure Vix"

I talked about this lipstick ( <= I was definitely still thinking about the Kiko lipstick ;D) nailpolish in another post two weeks ago, so I won't ramble on to much about it. It is a really nice dusky pink which I love since I don't wear too bright pinks. If you want to know more, check out the post about this nailpolish here.

I hope you're having an amazing weekend! See you, xx
