Since I can't wait for winter to end and I'm so excited for spring (spring is my favourite season), I thought I'm gonna write a post about my winter favourites. The embarassing thing is that shortly before I started writing this post I actually found a Christmas decoration which I forgot to put down. It was there until Febuary! And it was right beside my door as well! How did I not see that!!
Back to the topic... I have quite a lot of favourites this time so I will talk about my beauty favourites this week and next week about my fashion and random favourites.
False Lash Sculpt Mascara by L'Oréal:
When I got this mascara I wasn't really a fan of it. It made my lashes stick together and it took ages to remove it but I fell in love with it over the last few months. The removing is still annoying but I can live with that. The mascara makes my lashes so much longer and separates them which it didn't before... Maybe I use it differently now? I don't know but I used it every single day for about two months which is a good sign.Soft Matte Lip Cream by Nyx:
I absolutely loooove matte lips at the moment and I also love brown colours on my lips and this basically combines both. I am a huge fan of the Nyx Soft Matte Lip Creams. They feel really light on the lips, they aren't drying and it stays on for a good couple of hours. The colour I really liked this month is "London" which is a browny nude.
Afterglow 8-Hour Powder Highlighter by Urban Decay:
My highlighter obsession continued in Winter and so I bought my first more expensive highlighter in the Black Friday Sale and at first I wasn't sure about it. I bought the colour "Sin" which has more of a gold undertone. I normally wear quite icy highlighters so I didn't know if it suited my skin tone but I started to wear it constantly and I fell in love with the look of it. I would say it is much more of a summery highlight since it is quite golden but that didn't hold me back and I will probably will wear it a lot in summer, too.
Miracle Complexion Sponge by RealTechniques:
Last but certainly not least is this beauty sponge. Do you sometimes think: Why did I stop using this? This is exactly what I was thinking when I started using it again! I used to use it loads in the summer but for some reason I stopped... Well, I used it almost every day in Winter and it is simply amazing. I damp it slightly and then use it for my foundation and my concealer. It blends in the foundation beautifully and also makes it glow when it's used wet. I almost don't want to use my brushes anymore...
I hope you're having an amazing weekend! See you, xx
