A few weeks ago I went to visit my aunt in Dresden. Of course, I also had to have a look at the shops there and I couldn't believe my eyes, when I saw a Paperchase stand in Karstadt. I've always loved looking at the wonderful stationary hauls, that a lot of British bloggers do, and they always showed these beautiful things from Paperchase. However, Paperchase products are really hard to come by in Germany, so I can tell you, I was sooooo HAPPY when I saw their stand.
I absolutely love stationary and it also encourages me to be more organized and to find joy in writing cards, which I normally don't enjoy as much, but having beautiful cards and pens to write them really helps.
This is just a small stationary haul since I couldn't buy that much because my suitcase was already quite full at that point, but I hope you enjoy nonetheless.
Paperclips and pins:
I actually bought these three glasses with paperclips on Asos a while ago, but I thought I might as well include them here. First of all, they are copper! I love a good copper and also the glasses, that the clips come in, are so cute! They look really nice on my desk and the paperclips are quite useful to hold together my mess of university papers that would probably fly around my room, if I didn't have them.
Since I use them regularly for university, I tend to loose some over the time, so I had to stock up. In other words, I bought more of them. :D
Pen:
Who doesn't love a nice pen? You don't? Well, I do very much, so this pen definitely had to come with me. I really like the floral print on it and it's nice to write with as well, although it makes a slight clicking noise while writing, but that's fine to me.
Cards:
Some may think that writing cards is quite outdated nowadays, but I still do it, since I myself really enjoy getting cards and I think other people do, too. I got this pack of three different styles of cards because they look stunning and as I said a few minutes ago: Having nice cards really helps to enjoy the writing process more. I especially like the "Thank you" card and people will probably enjoy getting these. In my opinion it's so important to write "Thank you" cards when you've got a present or if there's another reason to thank someone. Not only are you able to use your beautiful cards you just bought, but also people will really appreciate getting something back. Furthermore it's much more personal than just sending a message on WhatsApp.
Anyway, I also bought some birthday cards which are absolutely beautiful, too.
I think Paperchase does cards (and stationary) really well. I find it so difficult to find nice stationary bits and pieces, so Paperchase, if you are reading this, could you please open stores in Germany? That would be lovely, thank you! :)
I hope you're having a fantastic weekend! See you, xx
