What I got for Christmas

Hello, hello, helloo! How are you? I hope you're well.

I was thinking about whether I'd do this post or not, but I decided to write it because I enjoy watching these videos on YouTube. I don't do this to brag, but because I'm usually quite curious what other people got. :)

I had a really nice Christmas this year. My parents and I celebrate Christmas on Christmas Eve, so we decorated the tree in the morning and it was so much fun and I personally think that we had the most beautiful Christmas tree we ever had this year. I then went to Church at 6 o'clock, where I also met a few friends, since we sing in the choir together. After that, my parents and I went home and gave each other our presents, and we had an amazing dinner (duck with dumplings and Brussels sprouts, yummy!). We also watched a Christmas film together. All in all, it was a very lovely evening.

Now it's time to show you a few of my Christmas presents:

Jane Austen Book
I've never read any of Jane Austen's book before, but I heard really good things about them, so I definitely wanted to read them someday and now is the time to do so. I got this absolutely beautiful book, which has seven novels in it, which are called "Sense and Sensibility", "Pride and Prejudice", "Mansfield Park", "Emma", "Northanger Abbey", "Persuasion" and "Lady Susan".
I think I'll always have this book on show somewhere, because it's simply stunning and I'm so excited to start reading it.

Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban // Illustrated Edition
It kind of became a Christmas tradition to get one of these illustrated editions of the Harry Potter books. If you don't know, I love Harry Potter and I was so happy to receive the latest illustrated version. These books are so beautifully made with such an attention to detail that it makes me want to read all the Harry Potter books all over again.

The Thrill of it All // Sam Smith
This album is so, so good and I listened to it loads already since it came out, but now I also have it on CD. Definitely give it a listen if you haven't, yet. Sam Smith has an incredible voice.
I always like to have the actual CD rather than just downloading it online. Do you still buy CDs? Let me know.

Samsung Galaxy Book
You probably already know that I attend university and I needed a smaller laptop, so I got money to buy me this and I love it. It's so slim and light, so now I don't have to carry my heavy laptop with me. It runs with Windows 10, I can connect my phone with it and I can use Microsoft Office on it. It's absolutely perfect for university and I'm so excited to use it properly for the first time on Monday, since university starts again.

Stilnest Necklace
I also decided to treat myself for Christmas, so I bought myself this necklace from Stilnest. It's rosegold and it has a pendant with an "S" engraved onto it. I absolutely love it and I already have worn it a lot.

The picture I did with this on my dressing table was blurry, and I didn't have time to take another one, because I only realized last minute, so here is one with another background. I hope you don't mind. :)

Thank you for these amazing presents! I love all of them so, so much!!

I hope you'll have an amazing start to the week! See you, xx
