Of course, I can't travel with at least a few makeup products. So today I'm gonna show you what I've packed to take with me to Brighton. I haven't taken too many things, since I'm planning to buy a few makeup products in England because they have a few makeup brands that I can't get at home in Germany.
The Base Products
You've probably guessed which products I'm gonna take, since I've been using the same foundation and the same concealers for ages. Of course, I'm taking the 'Perfect Match Foundation' and the 'Perfect Match Concealer' from L'Oréal with me. I'm also taking the 'Age Rewind Eraser Eye Concealer' from Maybelline, since this is the best concealer for under the eyes. I absolutely love these base products. They have an amazing medium coverage while still looking really natural on the skin.
For powders I'm taking a setting powder by Maybelline from the 'Fit Me' range. It's not the most amazing powder I've tried, but it works just fine and it's the only one I currently have. Then I also chose a powder blush to bring with me. It's by Max Factor and the colour is called 'Seductive Pink'. It's a really natural rosy shade which is probably my favourite shade to wear as a blush.
Of course, I also cannot forget a bronzing powder. I've recently bought the 'Hoola Light' bronzer by Benefit, because I heard a lot of amazing things about it and I'm excited to test it while I'm away. It has the perfect shade since it's not too warm and it's also quite easy to contour with.
For highlighter, I'm taking the Urban Decay "Afterglow 8-Hour Powder Highlighter" in the shade "Sin" with, which is probably my favourite highlighter at the moment.
Eyes and Brows
For brows, I'm gonna take my trusty Maybelline "Brow Satin" brow pencil with me. This is literally the only brow product I've ever used since the colour is absolutely perfect (I use the blonde shade) and it's also so easy to use.
I decided to not bring any eyeshadow palettes or powder eyeshadows in general since I've rarely been using eyeshadow in the last few months. However, just in case I want a bit of eyeshadow, I'm taking one of the cream eyeshadow sticks by Kiko, since they are so easy and fast to apply.
Furthermore I'm taking the L'Oréal "Superliner" since I love to apply a really thin line of liner just above the lashes to make them look fuller.
Let's not forget mascara. I'm bringing the "Lash Paradise Extatic" mascara from L'Oréal because this is just an all in one mascara that lengthens, volumizes and defines the lashes.
For the lips
I decided to go for a nude, since it's obviously perfect for every makeup look. It's one of the 'Color Riche Matte" Lipsticks by L'Oréal in the colour "633 Moka Chic".
Just because I love apply lipliner, even when I'm wearing nude lipstick, since it defines the lips a bit more, I'm taking a BarryM lipliner in the colour "Toast".
