When in England, I definitely had to check out the makeup that isn't available in Germany. I actually thought that I would spend all my money on makeup there, but I didn't buy as much as I had originally expected. A reason for this is that I really don't want to buy as much makeup because I simply don't need that much makeup. Another would be that I felt quite overwhelmed when I stepped into Superdrug and was bombarded with all these different makeup brands that I had never tried before. I really didn't know what to buy.
So, without talking to much more, here's my rather small beauty haul. :)
Lasting Perfection Concealer // Collection
I've heard a lot about this concealer and all the British YouTubers are using it and thus this was a no-brainer. I've picked up two different shades. One is the lightest concealer shade they have, which is called "0 Extra Fair". I have to say that the shade range isn't really that great. I think they maybe have four or five different shades.
I also picked up a colour correcting concealer in the colour "Lemon" since I have really dark circles under my eyes at the moments. I'm really excited to try them.
They were 3,99₤ each.
Liquid Chrome Highlighter Drops // BarryM
I always wanted to try a liquid highlighter like this, so this highlighter grabbed my attention. This is a really beautiful yellow toned highlighter. The swatches look incredibly strong, so it'll probably lasts me for ages, since I only need the tiniest bit. I think this has the potential to become my favourite highlighter.
It cost 6,99₤.
"Bear Hug" Lipstick // Tanya Burr Cosmetics
I've been following Tanya for years, and since I can't get hold of her makeup line in Germany, I bought a couple of her products. The first thing I picked up is one of her lipsticks. I went for the colour "Bear Hug", since I love my nude lipsticks. This on in particular is a browny nude. The pigmentation is really nice and it has a satin finish. Furthermore it was surprisingly affordable since it was only 3,99₤.
"Lunch Date" Lipgloss // Tanya Burr Cosmetics
Last but not least, I also picked up a lipgloss from Tanya Burr Cosmetics since I heard really good things about it. It has a really nice coral colour and it doesn't feel sticky on the lips. I'm excited to wear this more in summer.
The lipgloss was 2,99₤.
I hope you're having an amazing start to the week! See you, xx
