Breakfast:
For breakfast I had a toast with Nutella (of course) and strawberries. In summer I really love eating fruit for breakfast, especially when it's really warm outside.
Lunch:
I can't even tell you how obsessed I am with sushi at the moment. I could eat it every single day. Unfortunately, that day they didn't have my favourite sushi which has cucumber and cooked salmon in it with fried onion sprinkled on top. That sounds weird, but if you have the chance to try it, please do, it's amazing. Anyway, since they didn't have my favourite I went with vegetarian sushi with cucumbers and sushi with raw salmon, tuna and prawn. I always eat soy sauce with it.
Dinner:
Okay, I have to be honest. I kind of cheat with this picture, since I actually had this in June or something, but it just tasted amazingly, so I had to show it to you.
This is spaghetti with a wild garlic pesto made out of wild garlic (obviously), pine nuts, Parmesan cheese, olive oil and a little bit of garlic. I also put asparagus, pine nuts and bacon on it and it tasted absolutely divine. I cannot wait for when wild garlic is in season again, so I can make that again.
